I have always been intrigued by patterns and people; how we think, how we relate, and the generational habits that shape us for better or for worse. This passion led me to pursue an education dedicated to understanding and helping others. I received my BS in Human Development and Family Science from Auburn University. I went on to obtain my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.

My therapeutic approach is systemic and narrative based, with a strong foundation in family systems in collaboration with each client. Simply put: I want to hear and explore every layer of your story. I want you to feel free to brain dump every spiraling thought, prompting question, and messy narrative that enters your mind, trusting that you have a listening ear striving to understand and eager to unpack it all together.

My faith shapes and enriches the way I view healing and growth. I balance warm encouragement with compassionate accountability. While affirming the strengths you already carry, I will gently challenge you in areas of personal growth to bridge the gaps towards fulfillment. I offer a flexible therapeutic environment tailored to what matters most to you. If incorporating your faith feels meaningful, we can make that a core part of our sessions. If you prefer a purely clinical focus, we’ll
stick entirely to evidence-based practice.

Life is full of triumphs and trials. I truly believe that no one is too lost nor too burdened to be able to navigate through hardships and find resilience, hope, and peaceful reconciliation. When life feels overwhelming, we often get stuck and don’t know what is next. Therapy can be that first step. I’m here to help individuals, couples, and families uncover problematic patterns, build stronger communication, and replace dysfunctional habits with constructive actions. My intention is that you walk out more equipped and empowered to encounter conflict with strong communication. Therapy isn’t about a quick fix, but about deepening your self-awareness so lasting growth can unfold. You don’t have to figure it out alone, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.
