This group is a safe place to share your heart and how you are doing in your life/recovery. We provide a balance of structure/freedom to enable everyone to feel welcome and comfortable to participate, as well as receive encouragement, support, and information essential to living a life free from compulsive sexual behavior.

Virtual, OR in-person at 451 University Dr. Suite 201
When –
Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 PM
Cost –
$75 for each 90-minute session
Format-
• Teaching time (15-30 minutes) – “Recovery Topic of the Week” dealing with building new life/relationship skills.
• Check-in (60-70 minutes) –
“Since I last met with the group…”

– I have indulged these triggering thoughts or behaviors …
– The closest I got to acting out was …
– I was less than honest when I …
– One thing I am finding difficult to tell the group is …
– I have something I want to discuss in group …
– Give one positive, personal affirmation about yourself to
