Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step? My role is to offer a space where you can breathe, feel understood, and begin sorting through what’s been weighing on you, without judgment and without pressure to “have it all together.”

Part of why I do this work comes from my own experiences. Growing up in a single-parent household and later in a blended family, shaped a lot of how I see relationships, identity, and emotional safety. I learned early on how complex family dynamics can be, how love, conflict, boundaries, and expectations all mix together. That background is a big part of why I’m drawn to supporting individuals, couples, and families who are navigating transitions, communication issues, or patterns that feel hard to break. I know what it feels like to move through seasons that are emotional, layered, and not easily explained.

I am passionate about supporting young adults facing struggles with relationships, communication, low self-esteem, anxiety, identity, women’s issues, or the uncertainty that comes with major life transitions. I also work with couples who feel disconnected or stuck, who want to rebuild trust, communicate more openly, prepare for marriage, or simply find each other again. My work with relationships is rooted in helping people slow down, understand what’s really happening underneath the surface, and begin creating something more intentional together.

I bring a balance of warmth, validation, and honesty. I am someone who will sit with you in the hard moments, celebrate your wins, and also be direct when it supports your growth. I deeply believe you are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of your experiences, and collaborate toward the version of your life and relationships you want.

If you’re going through something that feels confusing, painful, or isolating, you don’t have to carry it alone.
