I am passionate about working with children, teens, young adults, and individuals as they navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood-exactly as you are.
I have a strong interest in working with athletes and individuals involved in sports, recognizing the unique pressures that come with performance, expectations, identity, and balance. I enjoy helping clients build resilience, strengthen confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies both on and off the field/court. My approach emphasizes growth, self-awareness, and learning how to move through challenges with intention rather than perfection.
I believe counseling works best when it feels both genuine and collaborative. I strive to meet clients where they are, helping them better understand themselves, manage anxiety and stress, and navigate new/difficult transitions. Together, we’ll work towards building self-confidence, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
Above all, I am committed to walking alongside you as you grow, heal, and discover your own strengths. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to show up.
