Helen Williamson Elliott
Helen Williamson Elliott, MS, LPC has been a private practice counselor with offices in Fort Worth, Cleburne, and online for 12 years. She works with teens, adults, and parents of young kids to help with anger, behavior issues, depression/anxiety, parenting, relationships, and codependence. Ms. Elliott also contracts with Johnson County Juvenile Services to counsel teens on probation. In addition, she has a small therapy dog assist her on most occasions. Ms. Elliott has been an avid martial artist for over 40 years and instructor. She is a former elementary school teacher (10 years), wife, and mother of three children and two stepsons. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, cooking, reading, movies, church activities, biking, and water sports, missions in Kenya, and taking care of her two therapy dogs.
She enjoys working with older children (8-12) and teens helping them navigate issues with school, friends, sports, depression, anxiety, and just growing up healthy. She also likes to help people struggling with family dynamics that are hard to manage. She enjoys using strength based approaches to help adults get the most out of their careers, families, and live more fulfilling lives.
