ABOUT

Jade Hajovsky

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward in your relationships or
personal life, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Life can sometimes leave us feeling
stuck, questioning our worth, or struggling to make sense of our emotions and connections with
others. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a difficult relationship, struggling with self-
doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from your true self, I’m here to offer support and help you
navigate these challenges to gain a sense of clarity, confidence, and calm. You deserve to feel
fully present and engaged in life, not overwhelmed or controlled by the circumstances around you.

Do you find yourself seeking validation and affection from others, feeling like your sense of self-
worth depends on the attention or love you receive or how much you can give? Or perhaps you
often pull away from emotional intimacy, avoiding closeness because it feels too overwhelming
or you desperately want to protect yourself? Maybe you have had the heart wrenching discovery
of an affair and feel lost in how to handle the crisis of betrayal. These are common struggles in
relationships, and we can find ways that support you in feeling stabilized, heard, and empowered.
Whether it’s the painful impact of past experiences, struggles with boundaries, or difficulty
trusting yourself or others, these challenges often stir up unmet emotional needs or not knowing
how to effectively communicate them. Feeling not good enough, mistrusting, out of control, or
burdened with “should have’s” does not have to be the default in your life any longer. I’m here to
create a safe space for personal-growth and healing, so you can truly let go of heavy emotions
from the past, take care of your own needs, and create the relationships and future that you envision.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),
somatic awareness, and expressive arts. DBT will help you develop emotional regulation skills,
effectively communicate and maintain boundaries, and cultivate mindfulness. Somatic awareness
helps you understand the connection between your mind and body. This therapy process will help
you become attuned to your body and mind’s signals or cues so you can control anxiety, shame,
or anger before reacting or shutting down. Expressive arts offer a creative outlet for exploring
blockages, emotions, or beliefs that may be difficult to express in words.
Together, we’ll heal past wounds, cultivate a stronger sense of self, and empower you to build
healthier, more satisfying relationships. In all of this, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where
you can process your challenges at your own pace, free from shame or criticism.
