ABOUT
Beth Warner
I offer you a space to be heard and understood without judgment. A place of safety, compassion, and support.
You are valuable, and you have a story. We all experience life uniquely based on our genetics, biopsychosocial influences, and cultural views. Counseling is a personal and collaborative process. We will work together to explore, excavate, and identify growth limiting factors in your life. And when you are ready, I offer a fresh perspective backed by a toolbox of evidence-based techniques and methodologies to help you live your most satisfying life.
Although I am trained in many areas, my therapeutic approach is integrative, interactive, cognitive-behavioral, and short-term focused. My desire to help you identify, accelerate, and empower your own skills, talents, and strengths. I customize my style to your needs. A few of my specialties include OCD, anxiety, relational/social trauma, chronic pain/illness, and life transitions.
With 25 years of experience in human relations, certified mental health training, as well as my own personal journey I am privileged to walk beside you on your life path.
I hold licensure from the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor, an MA degree in Professional Counseling, and a BS degree in Education.
