ABOUT

Randi Woodard

I have had a fulfilling career in special education spanning roles as a music therapist, teacher, instructional coach, and instructional manager. For much of my career, I never envisioned stepping beyond the world of education. However, after raising my sons, I found myself craving a new chapter that would allow me to channel my experiences into a different kind of support.

The most meaningful moments in my work have always come from creating spaces where colleagues feel safe to express their frustrations, seek advice, and process life’s challenges. Walking alongside them, offering guidance, and sharing the lessons I’ve learned through both struggles and joys has been an incredible privilege.

I am passionate about supporting women, parents, children, and young adults as they navigate life transitions and personal growth. I have almost 30 years of experience in special education, so I am comfortable working with clients who have special abilities and challenges such as Autism and ADHD. I also welcome the opportunity to work with couples as I hope to learn as much as possible during my time at FWCAI.
