ABOUT

E.A. Lepine

After walking the path of recovery and finding freedom on the other side of my own struggle with an eating disorder, I was inspired to pursue a career in counseling, so I could walk alongside others on their path to recovery as well.

You and I will work together to determine the best dance between food-related support and working to heal the core beliefs, experiences and relationships that fuel your eating disorder on a deeper emotional level. At the start of therapy, it is common to feel like the eating disorder’s voice is louder than your own or to not even be able to tell which voice is which. My heart is to come alongside you as you rediscover the sound of your own voice and ultimately, the sound of freedom.

As a mom to two children, I deeply enjoy using my counseling skills in a parenting context and am passionate about parenting from a place of relational connection with children. Whether a parent is looking to explore their attachment to their own parents, tackle a specific challenge with their child or just have a safe space to work through parenthood in general, I love to offer parents much needed and much deserved support.

As a life-long Christian, I counsel out of a Christian worldview, but work with clients of any faith background.
