ABOUT
Hanna Storey
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to a career centered on helping others. However, it wasn’t until I faced my own life’s trials that I fully grasped the profound beauty and transformation that counseling could offer to individuals and families.
Starting therapy can feel like a daunting step, especially when you’re seeking support for yourself, your family, your child, or as a couple. I want to reassure you that you’re not alone on this journey. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you and your loved ones can openly explore your thoughts and emotions, no matter how complex they may seem.
My professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences in child advocacy, adoption, and behavioral health settings. This rich background history has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges many may face. I firmly believe that every individual and family is unique, and my commitment is to provide personalized care and unwavering support.
My therapeutic approach draws from a diverse toolbox of methods, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, trust-based relational intervention, and the healing power of play therapy. It’s essential to clarify that these therapeutic approaches are not faith-based; however, I am more than willing to integrate faith-based elements into our sessions if that aligns with your needs.
I’m here to walk alongside you and your family as we navigate these challenges together. You don’t need to bear these burdens alone. If you’re ready, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we can arrange a conversation. Together, we will craft a personalized plan focused on healing, support, and positive change tailored to your unique situation.
Remember, your path to well-being starts with that first courageous step, and I’m here to support you and your family at every turn.
